Chiropractic blocks are firm wedges used by chiropractors during treatment to directly affect the pelvis and indirectly the lower back and neck.

• They are placed under specific parts of the pelvis or spine while you lie down to help elevate pain and pressure
• The goal is to use gravity and body weight, rather than forceful adjustments, to help improve alignment and joint motion which may affect the pelvis, lower back and neck.

• Pelvic imbalance or leg-length discrepancies
• Low back pain or sacroiliac (SI) joint issues
• Part of Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT) care (influencing the whole spine)
• Patients who prefer gentler techniques (e.g., elderly, acute pain)
• You typically lie still on the blocks for several minutes.
• Minimal movement, no cracking or thrusting.
• Some people feel relaxation or subtle shifting.
